Data controller

The controller of your personal data is ADAS Management Group Sp. z o.o., ul. Złota 59, 00-120 Warsaw, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 6772498196.

Data protection matters are handled by Alexander Dastig. Write to alex@adas-management.com or call +48 883 780 898 - we answer in Polish, German and English.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, so correspondence on these matters reaches us directly.

What data we process

The site has no contact form, no login and no payments. Data arises in three situations:

• Server logs - IP address, date and time of the request, the page visited, and browser and system type. The server that runs the site records them automatically.
• Contact - if you send an email or call us, we process what you provide yourself: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Site settings - we store your chosen language and theme in your browser so the site looks the same on your next visit.
• Visit statistics - only if you agree to them, in the scope described under Google Analytics.

Purposes and legal bases

Each of these has its basis in the GDPR:

• Serving, maintaining and securing the site - our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Answering your message and staying in touch - legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and where the conversation leads to a contract, steps taken before entering into it, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Remembering your language and theme - our legitimate interest in a site that is comfortable to use, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Tax and accounting obligations if we start working together - legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Visit statistics - your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given in the banner shown on your first visit.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a statistical analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

The tool collects information about how the site is used: which pages are visited and for how long, what kind of device and browser you use, and where you came from. We do not send Google your name, email address or phone number.

Analytics only starts after you agree in the banner shown on your first visit. Until then Google Analytics runs in denied mode and stores no cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the "Manage cookies" button in the footer - we then also delete the analytics cookies already stored.

How Google processes the data is described in its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy (opens in a new tab). You can also block Google Analytics independently of this site by installing the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout (opens in a new tab).

Google Analytics cookies are stored on your device for up to 2 years.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small files your browser stores on your device. On this site they appear in two roles.

• Settings - your consent decision and your chosen theme (light or dark) stay in your browser and never reach us. Your chosen language is kept in the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, which your browser sends with its requests so that the root address takes you to your language.
• Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_ with the property id) - written only after you agree, to tell visitors and sessions apart.

We use no advertising cookies and no remarketing. You can change your analytics consent at any time with the "Manage cookies" button in the footer, and you can delete every cookie in your browser settings - the site will still work.

Who we entrust data to

We do not sell data and we do not share it for marketing. We use providers that process it only on our instructions:

• SEOhost - hosting for the site and the server where the logs arise.
• websidio (websidio.com (opens in a new tab)) - the site's creator and technical maintainer, with access limited to what running and developing the site requires.
• Our email provider - handling correspondence sent to our address.
• Public authorities, where the law requires us to hand data over.
• Google Ireland Limited - visit statistics in Google Analytics, only after you agree to them.

How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as it is needed:

• Server logs - for as long as security and diagnostics require, in line with the hosting provider's policy.
• Correspondence - while the matter is open, and then until claims become time-barred.
• Accounting records - for the period required by tax law.
• Settings stored in your browser - until you clear them.

Your rights

At any time you may:

• access your data and obtain a copy of it,
• have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed,
• request erasure of your data or restriction of processing,
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
• request portability of data processed automatically on the basis of a contract.

An email to alex@adas-management.com is enough. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) or with the supervisory authority in your country of habitual residence.

Transfers outside the EEA

We choose providers within the European Economic Area. Google Analytics is provided to us by Google Ireland Limited, but Google may also process the data in the United States. That transfer rests on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

If any other data were to go outside the EEA, it would happen only on a basis the GDPR allows.

Profiling and automated decisions

We do not profile visitors and we take no decisions about them based solely on automated processing.

Links to other sites

The site links to the websites of ADAS brands and departments as well as to our partners. Each of them has its own privacy policy and answers for the data it collects once you click through.

Changes to this policy

If we change what data we handle, why we handle it or which providers we use, we will update this page and move the last-updated date at the top.
